    Political party in Pakistan

The Mohajir Qaumi Movement Pakistan[2][5] (Urdu: مہاجر قومی موومنٹ پاکستان) also known as Mohajir Qaumi Movement (Haqiqi), MQM-Haqiqi[6] is a political party claiming to represent the Mohajir in Sindh, Pakistan whose leader is Afaq Ahmed.[7]

    History

    [edit]

The Movement was originally established by Altaf Hussain in 1978 as All Pakistan Mohajir Students Organization (APMSO), in Karachi University. Originally, the movement was known as "Muhajir Qaumi Movement", a break away faction from the original Mohajir Qaumi Movement which was later established as the "MQM-L", headed by Altaf Hussain, who is living in self-exile in London.[1]

In 2016, a separate party, the MQM-P, was created by Farooq Sattar, who split it from MQM founder and leader Altaf Hussain. The MQM-Altaf based faction was later rendered as Muttahida Qaumi Movement – London.[8]

LUCKNOW: "Lucknow hai to sirf gumbad-o-minar nahin, mahaz ek shahar nahin, koocha-o-bazar nahin, iske daaman mein mohabbat ke phool khilte hain, iski galion mein farishton ke pate milte hain". Blessed with such features, Lucknow is turning into a popular hub for filmmakers.
"Lucknow's language is its biggest asset," says Himanshu Sharma who has written scripts of Ranjhanaa and Tanu weds Manu."Mere khayal se toh amuman yahan ke logon ke mooh se dialogue hi nikalte hain, (I think every single line that people say here is a dialogue)," he says.
Himanshu adds that a Lakhnavi's inclination towards Urdu and the art of storytelling mesmerizes outsiders who turn into instant listeners. The impeccable pronunciation and absence of any copied accent further adds to the grace of city's lingua franca. With a good number of junior actors able to mouth dialogues in Bhojpuri and Avadhi, Bollywood directors get a wide choice in picking them even for some difficult roles.
It was probably for this reason that Peepli Live's producer Aamir Khanand director Anusha Rizwi found the character of amma in Farrukh Jaffer, city-based radio artist and actor. Jaffer regaled the audience by essaying the role of an ailing grandmother who
